Pharmacocorrection of reproductive functions in cows with retention of the afterbirth

It has been established that unseparated amniotic membranes in 63-85% of cases contribute to inflammation of the uterine mucosa and slow down the recovery processes in the genitals after childbirth. Therefore, the duration of the service period increases to 150 days or more, milk productivity decreases in 23% of cows, since with postpartum pathological processes in the genitals, complex and long-term therapy is required, which leads to economically unjustified costs. Pathological changes in the compensatory-adaptive mechanisms of the placenta of the mother and the fetus at the tissue and subcellular levels are the consequence of the retention of the amniotic membranes. The anatomical and morphological structure of the coruncles contributes to the close contact of villi and microvilli with crypts, while collagen contributes to the connection of individual parts of the placenta, the resorption of which is the main element in the separation of the amniotic membranes. consists in influencing the smooth muscles of the uterus and restoring the energy balance of an organ or system, which leads to the normalization of their functions.
Keywords: Retention of placenta, persistent corpus luteum, follicles, anovulation, sexual hunt, reproduction, fetal membranes.
