Economic and legal aspects of countering the raid capture of agricultural enterprises as a factor of ensuring economic security of Russia

The article discusses the term "raiding", identifies the main reasons for raiding in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, and provides measures taken at the legislative level in the Russian Federation. As part of the fight against raiding, a list of protective measures for farmers is provided, as well as a set of measures to combat raiding at the legislative level.
