Cycles of integration and cooperation in agriculture

Integration and cooperation in agriculture are the most important directions in its development and accompany the entire history of the evolution of agriculture. It is noted that in the history of agriculture there is a change in the activity of integration and cooperation by disintegration and division. However, neither the first (integration) nor the second (disintegration) is absolute. In this regard, it is suggested that there is a cyclical nature of integration, characterized by periods of activity of integration processes, which are replaced by the extinction of the latter and the growth of disintegration. This change in the economic paradigm in agriculture is periodic and does not seem to depend on the amount of resources (funds) that are spent on integration, but depends on and is determined by certain objective factors and conditions, among which is important: the frequency of technical and technological innovations (discoveries and inventions), as well as the market itself (its ability to expand, stabilize and contract). We believe that these factors and conditions form the cyclical nature of integration and cooperation in the economy, including in agriculture. The emergence of new technologies and technical means to increase production volumes with limited basic resources (land, labor) stimulate integration, but the achievement of a certain limit of growth due to previous integration (a kind of exhalation of innovation) leads to the activation of disintegration as a factor of production growth. But then new discoveries, new technologies, techniques, and so on create new impulses to activate integration. Therefore, the process is cyclical in nature.
