Development strategy of the dairy and food complex of the Krasnodar Territory under import substitution activization

The article is devoted to the formation of a development strategy of the dairy and food complex (DFC) of the AIC of the Krasnodar Territory. The characteristics of the branches included in the DFC are summarized, the most actual problems of their functioning and solutions are determined with considering the current priorities of socio-economic development. Measures to intensify import substitution processes in the milk and dairy products market, which contribute to the solution of the strategic tasks of the DFC of the analyzed district, have been proposed.
