Phenomenon of the market economy: theoretical and methodological conceptualization of agriculyural development vector

The article discusses the methodological, theoretical and essential judgments of the modern science of the post-Soviet economic space on the phenomenon of market economy, raised at the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference on Economics "The phenomenon of market economy: from the origins to the present". The points of view on the evolutionary aspects of its transformation are presented, through the prism of dialectic interaction of stages of social reproduction, the economic mechanism is revealed, in the context of the evolution of economic science paradigms, the strategic foundations are revealed, emphasis is placed on the political economy of power. Along with the theoretical paradigm of modifying the basic views, an applied analysis of the agri-food content of the market mode of production has been carried out, an assessment has been given to the growing fake phenomenon in the global economy. Special attention is paid to the agrarian policy in the conditions of international competition and foreign experience in the functioning of subjects of private-state entrepreneurship. The prospects for the formation of the innovation system of Russia, its transition to digitalization of business processes are outlined, forecasts of further strengthening of economic sanctions are proposed, current problems in the economy and society and the original vision of ways to solve them are developed. The authors of the article concentrate their attention on the five foundations of the market economy phenomenon: 1) a theoretical and methodological basis; 2) institutional and behavioral platform; 3) credit and banking component; 4) agri-food problems; 5) business, innovation, information technology, trends and development prospects. Particular attention is paid to understanding the debatable aspects of this phenomenon: awareness of the place and role of the market space in the context of public-private partnership, the evolution of agricultural technologies, vectors of the agri-food market. It is argued that the results of the conference will be an impetus for improving the practice of economic life, renewing and expanding the traditions of economic science in the South of Russia.
