Influence of feeding on the growth of muscular and bone tissues of golshtin bulls

A comparative study of the growth of muscle and bone tissue of Holstein gobies, grown at elevated rates of milk drinking, was carried out using the probiotic cellobacterin additive in the milk period, in an amount of 3 g per head. The studies used bulls derived from Holstein heifers belonging to the leading line of Holstein breed Reflection Sovering. For research 4 experimental groups were formed, with differences in the technology of raising animals of these groups. The bulls of the control group - up to 6 months of age were raised according to the technology adopted in the economy. The peers of the experimental groups received increased milk drinking rate, the same amount of concentrated feed, and the probiotic supplement cellobacterin. At the age of 15 and 18 months, at the end of the experiment, a control slaughter was carried out and the morphological composition of the carcasses was studied. It was established that animals treated with probiotic preparation and increased daily rates of milk feeding had a positive trend in absolute and relative muscle mass of the main parts of the musculature compared with the control group. The superiority of bulls of experimental groups in the weight and linear growth of bones of the main parts of the skeleton is noted. Apparently, the use of a probiotic drug in the milk period and increased daily norms of milk drinking had a positive impact on the formation of these indicators. It has been established that the intensive breeding of animals from the experimental groups contributed to the formation of an optimal ratio of muscle and bone tissue in the carcasses of bulls.
