Structural sustainability of agrarian complexes and the search for a new equilibrium state through innovative restructuring

This article reveals the influence of innovative restructuring on the structural stability of economic complexes and subcomplexes. An attempt is made to determine the relationship between the achievement of the sustainability of the socio-economic system and the technological boundaries of its new equilibrium state, as well as the necessary restructuring as a factor in innovative transformations. It is emphasized that achieving an ideal state of equilibrium (harmony) of a multi-level economic system and its long stay in this state is rather a goal to which the system tends under the influence of a sum of factors than the feature of its state. It is established that such systems’ equilibrium practically coincides with the concept of purposeful development. It is obvious that increasing the potential for the stability of the remaining elements of the system above the potential of its weakest link is inexpedient, since this will not ensure the growth of its effectiveness and effeciency, but will only lead to unproductive and inefficient use of additionally spent resources. To further production increase, it is necessary to identify the weak link at first and raise its potential, and then increase the stability potential of the remaining elements in accordance with the growth of the weak link potential.
