Epizootic situation on invasive diseases in the North Caucasus Region

The article presents the results of research on the spread of morbidity of farm animals, fur animals and poultry invasive diseases in the farms of the Krasnodar region for the period 2015-2017. to perform the work used statistical data of veterinary reports of the Krasnodar region "Kropotkin regional veterinary laboratory" for the period 2015-2017. registration of morbidity of farm animals, fur animals and poultry infective diseases in the farms of Krasnodar region, as well as materials of own researches of the 23 districts and two cities of Krasnodar region Labinsky, Pavlovsky, Gulkevichi, Primorsko-Akhtarskiy, Novokubansky, Slavic, Bryukhovetskaya, Kanevskaya, Kushchevskaya, Novopokrovskiy, Vyselkovsky, Caucasian, Yeisk, Belorechensk, Korenovsk, Kurganinsky, Timashevsky, Leningrad, Seversky, Labinsk, Otradnensky, Russia, Tikhoretsky districts and the city of Novorossiysk, Sochi. The study of 133618 samples of patmaterial revealed 16224 positive samples. In nosological profile 55 names of various invasive diseases at different types of farm animals, fur animals, domestic carnivores and birds are registered. However, the most frequent were the following invasive disease: ejmeriozov in cattle from 46.91%, small cattle 54, 02%, poultry 59,67%, fur-bearing animals 65,71% of rabbits 73.33%; esophagostomy in cattle 98,34%, in pigs - 76,19%; strongylatosis horses 35,09%; passalurus rabbits - 54,54%; trichomoniasis birds - 68,5%; ascariasis in pigs a 29.08%; balantidia in pigs of 23.07%; piroplasmosis in cattle of 36.84%, the dogs of 35.40%; fascioliasis in cattle of 46.24% and dirofilaria in dogs 22,91%. Dominated ejmeriozov in cattle, poultry, fur-bearing animals and rabbits, esophagostomosis, askaridoz, strongylatosis, fascioliasis, piroplasmosis, babesiosis in cattle, passalurus in rabbits, trichomoniasis, gangularis, heterakis birds, balantitis pigs, dirofilaria, piroplasmosis in dogs.
