Perfection of the synchronization technique of sexual cycles in cows

The mechanisms of influence of dinolitic and dirigistran on the manifestation of the sexual cycle in cows, as well as the percentage of their fruitful insemination, have been studied. The production need for the use of prostaglandins and gonadotropin release of the hormone to stimulate the phenomenon of the arousal stage of sex hunting has been determined. The complex use of hormones and prostaglandins by a certain method is effective for the induction of sexual hunting, regardless of the physiological state of animals. Disturbed innervation of the ovaries in most cases causes anaphradesia. The result of a violation of the innervation of the ovaries are inflammatory processes in the genitals of cows, since the animal's body is a single whole. The results of scientific and production experience indicate that during the hypofunction of the ovaries in the cortical layer does not occur growth and maturation of the follicles. Individual developing follicles undergo luteinesis and can turn into a persistent corpus luteum, causing prolonged anaprodesy. The amount of progesterone in the blood in the presence of a persistent corpus luteum is somewhat increased, but this is sufficient for cows to have inferior sexual cycles. Artificial insemination of such animals is unproductive. Therefore, long-term infertility of cows is economically disadvantageous for livestock and in order to eliminate it, it is necessary to use prostaglandins and gonadotropic hormones. These drugs, which have a lesser therapeutic effect than the use of natural factors, should be used strictly following the instructions. In order to prevent ovarian hypofunction, it is necessary to observe the ration of feeding cows in the second half of the dry period. To exercise their active exercise 3-4 days after calving. Conduct early gynecological clinical examination of cows.
