Results of analysis of data obtained by genotyping and phenotype test was markers, linked with traits and chromosome regions polymorphism, which determines the efficiency of genetic systems for domestic rice varieties

The selection of many cultures reached a fundamentally new level thanks to the introduction of molecular marker methods and tissue culture. So in the laboratory of genetics and heterosis breeding of FSBSI "All Russian Rice Research Institute" localized chromosomal regions determining adaptability to salinity, lack of mineral nutrients, photosynthesis efficiency, growth rate and grain quality of domestic rice varieties. For their localization, data of phenotyping of perspective and zoned rice varieties on above-mentioned signs were used in vegetative experiment. The experiments were organized in accordance with the methods of evaluation of contributions of genetic systems to the productivity of rice varieties proposed by V.A. Dragavtsev. Forms with the maximum effect of different genetic systems on the productivity of the sample were analyzed for polymorphism of genes that determine the effectiveness of the genetic system. To analyze the polymorphism of genes that determine the effectiveness of the genetic system revealed markers closely linked to the sign or intragenic, whose contribution to the formation sign of used genplasm proved. Molecular marking carried out for adapted gemplasma of region (most often it is zoned and promising varieties) using marker uniformly distributed across the genome with markers spaced 20 cm. Or using linked or intragenic markers, the effectiveness of which for the formation of a sign is confirmed for another gemplasma or in another region.
