The influence of cultivation conditions on the level of ploidy of regenerated plants of Brassica oleracea L. obtained from the reproductive organs in vitro

We studied the dependence of the process of morphogenesis of the reproductive organs of cabbage and ploidy level of the conditions of cultivation. It is established that the cultivation of anthers and ovaries on a nutrient medium containing the drug- Dropp in a concentration of 0,01 mg/l, NAA - 1.0 mg/l, leads to increase of the morphogenetic potential of cultured explants (2.85% in the culture of anthers and 5,55% ovaries). It is shown that the regenerated plants of cabbage, obtained in vitro from the reproductive organs, had a different set of chromosomes (n, 3n, 5n).
