The influence of hormonal and physical factors on morphological and biochemical parameters of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni in vitro and in vivo

In this research the influence of growth regulators and the spectral composition of light on the morphological and biochemical characteristics of stevia plants, grown under in vitro and in vivo conditions was studied. The most favorable combination of growth regulators (IAA and EPIN 0,1, and 0,5 mg/l, respectively) was determined, it allows to obtain well-grown plants with high efficiency. The positive effect of red + blue LEDs on stevia shoot formation and growth under in vitro and in vivo conditions was found.
