Methods of substantiation and analysis of optimal parameters of the dairy and grocery subcomplex of the Agrian and Industrial Complex of the Krasnodar Territory under the conditions of innovation processes

In the context of inevitable aggravation of competition between domestic and foreign agricultural products producers in the domestic and foreign markets, the requirements for the validity and quality of strategic planning and analysis at the dairy product subcomplex enterprises of the Agrarian and Industrial Complex are increasing. The management of the region's dairy and grocery subcomplex under market conditions is a complex and important task that requires a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the current condition and forecasting the future state as a result of the made decisions implementation. In this case, it is necessary to develop an effective system of information support using modern information technologies. Among these technologies is economic and mathematical modeling, in which the real object in a research is replaced by the model object. To solve this problem, an economic-mathematical model was developed for optimizing the structural parameters of the dairy and grocery subcomplex according to the criterion of the maximum net income received from the production, processing and sale of milk and dairy products, which is realized by linear programming. The peculiarity of the model lies in its versatility, which allows one to explore various scenarios for the development of a regional dairy and grocery subcomplex with different variants of introducing innovations when changing the parameters. The developed economic and mathematical model can be used in modeling forecasted scenarios for the innovative development of the dairy and grocery subcomplex of the Krasnodar Territory for short- and medium-term prospects.
