Mathematical model of cereals’ stems curving

The article discusses the question about mathematical modelling a bending process of cereals under the influence of loads on natural factors. The mathematical model is represented as a linear differential equation of the second order moments of the forces of the stem plants in a rectangular coordinate system. The solution of the differential equation and the analysis of the bending stem of the plant by the action of wind load, which allows to determine the direction of breeding work on the creation of high-yielding varieties of crops resistant to lodging.
