Fusarium infection background in the rhizosphere of corn

The aim of research was the development of regulations for agro-biological methods of soil improvement from fungal phytotoxicosis, purposefully minimize the content of Fusarium infection in the soil, rhizosphere, which allows to obtain seedlings with well developed root system, stable high yield of corn. To do this, it is required to determine the species composition of dominating Fusarium, isolated external and internal agents of infection. Formation of soil pathogen complex crops is determined by fuzariosis dangerous predecessors. It was found that in the rhizosphere of corn by the corn grain precursor pathogenic Fusarium complex dominates suppressors1,8 times, and after winter wheat - 1?4 times. Reducing the density of Fusarium infection is possible by introduction into the soil the cattle manure, optimized by suppressive and antagonistic Mikoto. The number of Fusarium affected seeds and seedlings of corn in the experimental variant was 21,0% (harmfulness threshold - 20%), and they were much more in the control plot - 38,0%. This happened due to the suppressor accumulation on the absolutely dry soil which is 2 times more than the conductive Mikoto.
